Is there anyway to import a PDF into a revit drafting detail?

I don't think so, but with "AllPlan Version 2008" you can import PDF and "He" convert pdf file in "Lines" then it just export to dwg...

No, but if you have Adobe Acrobat you can open and save it as a JPG.  If you don't you can do a screenshot of it and save out the image and import that...

also if you adobe illustrator you can open it, save out as dwg and bring that into revit.
