Can anybody help? I've got my levels in sections set to real contour readings. Is there a way to simply reset them back to a ground floor datum of 0.0m?

Are you using shared coordinates? If you are you can cange the Levels Coordinate between Shared and Project. If not you will have to relocat the project using "Relocate Project". I would set up Shared Coordinates before relocating.
