Is there a way to have structural tags default to display with a lower case x between the numbers? ex: W10x15 or HSS8x8x.500

Also, is there a way to make HSS tags default to display the last number as a fraction and not a decimal?

I have a feeling this information is locked in library we import the elements from, but I just want to be certain.
