I am having difficulty with schedules. I have manageds to create the schedule for all the doors, and add info etc. But when it comes to presenting the info how my office normally does im having a problem manipukating the schedules. How it is normally done in our office, is an A4 sheet, with a plan and elevation of the door item (that is fine, done!) and then below it the information of THAT particular door. Is there a way to split up the schedule, the rows? the be able to show one row on a sheet?

ANY SUggestion?s!

i dont think thats possible, but if you can tag your door, you could make a doortag with the info you want.

dont know if that will work but you can try Smile

the way dafpfy says is the best if you use shared paramaters you can then add all the info you need into a custom tag. it might take a while to set up initially but then in everyother project its easy, just need to remember to make your paramaters in the famlies to be shared.

Use the schedule as a SCHEDULE, and refer to the CODE TYPE of the door to the description on a DOOR LEGEND, which is what your particular A4 sheet is.
