I need help with creating a spot elevation I can use in sections. I have modified the Level Head to what I want but I would also like to have use a spot elevation where levels have not created. The attachment shows the Level Head that I have modified. I would like the spot elevation to look the same. Can this be done using a spot elevation?

I think you can.. You need to change the "Text Orientation Parameter" to "Vertical" and I think you will have to just type in the text. It looks like you figured out how to adjust the spot elevation family so just add a line to seperate the text from the elevation number.
