Is it possible to create a wall in Revit where the wood structures (as you can see in the attached picture) creates thereselve while I make the wall longer.

In the picture you see the woodstructure with the blue circle, is it possible that Revit automatically draws the one with the red circle, for example every 60 centimeters(=23.6 inches)? I am using revit architecture 2009.

Not possible as a standard wall - vertical elements in the wall type are not supported. 

Not quite sure why you would want to do this anyway - excpt for cut-away sections.  In that very limited application, you could place individual elements.

There isn't in Revit any Family to create a "Family Wall", except "CURTAIN WALLS", you can use that to create this specific wall, with a parameter "Group Array number"...
