I'm looking for a good tutorial on how to build parametric families.  What I'm trying to do is build a door for aircraft hangars.  I will need a few parameters to change depending on which type of hangar I'm building.

Height 10'-28'

Width could be 10'-198' or more

And the number of doors would depend on the width I could have 2 or 6 doors and they could all move to one side or could stack on opposite ends.

Another type of door would be a hydroswing type of door which when opened leaves a nice canopy cover blocking the sun from entering.

 If someone could point me in the right direction on family building I will get more details together in order to build this family the right way.  Or maybe one of you already built something like this?
