My model is looking great in elevation views, walkthroughs, and floor plan mode..But when I switch to 3-D it looks like it has collapsed! Sad

 It wasn't always like this, seems like it started after I tried to add some trusses.

Umm, weird?  Try deleting your 3D view and recreate it.  It looks corrupt.  Also switch to shaded with edges rather than a shaded view.
