I'm aware that rooms are inserted into the design option during the edit mode however I'm running into a snag in a specific area of my plan. When I try to insert the room, I get boundary definitions that are ghosting some other design option. Obviously, i only can edit one DO at a time so the ghosting is of some other DO, not the editable one. There are no room separations as these are all full walled options and there are no rooms in this area that were inserted outside of the edited option. What am i missing?

I think the Rooms only define the "Primary" option. Change the option you want to display the rooms in to "Primary".

A twist to this question:

If the walls are in a linked file In an identically named design option, and showing/not showing in this view through the Visibility settings of the view, it is not enough to get them to read fro rooms, must I save and reload the linked file to get the room to read when editing the design option rooms?

I am trying to get an understanding of managing design options across linked files.
