 Hi,

I have a bit of an annoying problem since 2009 came out. The priority of structural elements seems to have been downgraded in favor of walls. Since masonry walls are often, if not always, reinforced with concrete beams, columns etc.. (at least in Florida they are), there are often concrete elements embedded in the walls. In 2008, joining a column / beam and a wall resulted in the wall being cut (as in real life.) Now it's the other way around. Embed sturcture in walls and the structure disappears. Every place that structure coincides with a wall, in any view, results in a missing chunk of concrete.

Any ideas on how to go back to the happier days when structure actually showed up ? Or do I have to do everything in Revit Structure now and import it ?

 Thanks

Jfmonod

Did you insert Structural Columns or Architectural columns in that?
