Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone can help me with an issue I'm having with a raised floor I'm working on. We've create separate levels for the Top of Structure and for the Finished Floor elevation, 18" appart. In order for our energy analysis program to run correctly, however, I need to place a room object in that plenum. The problem I'm having is that the partition walls are still acting as room binding even though they are based on the finished floor level with no off set. I tried to off set the upper limit of my plenum room objects a couple inches below the finishe floor level to see if that would help and it proceded to tell me that my rooms had to be taller than 0" (by my math still over 1'-0" tall) and it put 9'-6" in the element properties, even though graphically my room object looked no different when I closed out of that window. I'm attaching a pdf to show what I mean. Thanks so much to anyone who has any ideas!
