This may or may not be possible with Revit. In ADT you could draw line work and then using the 'AecDoor WinAssemblyConvertLineworkSketch' command, ADT would covert the linework into a quick and dirty window. We used it all the time during schematic design phase. Is their anything equivalent in RAC 2009? I have messed with curtain systems but I can seem to get grid lines on the odd angles that we use for custom windows.

Revit doesn't have that tool. It would be nice. You can create very simple windows quite quickly by creating a window family. You might start with an existing window that has some of the parts and just modify it.
