Hi, I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but I am working on using the Revit APIs and have been able to get the Samples working gr8. The question I had was, is the External Application ( written using API and started onstartup()) able to access the current open document, and/or able to access the revit database? Thanks for any help !

Try the Augi Forums - they have a specific API sub-forum, with some hard-core programmers.
