im trying to tag a flex duct but its not working. i donwloaded the flex duct tag form the web library and loaded it in. i see it loaded for flex duct but when i try to tag the flex it wont do it. itll recognize other duct but not the flex duct. need help with it asap. i dont want to type with text for all teh flex ducts. thanks.

It could be possible that the flex duct tag is not loaded. Make sure that the tag family is loaded.
