Does anyone know a good jpg editing program for walkthrough images. I tried Windows movie maker and camtasia studio, but they don't allow to reduce one image duration less than a 1 second and also there isn't an option to select all images and changing duration for all of them together...

Adobe Premiere if you can afford. don't know of any free or shareware editors
