i am not abel to create a slab with incline finish face and horizontal base...heres a attached image to clear my doubt.

Create a "RAMP" to make that "Slab".... or create a in place slab with extrusion with that shape....

actually i have to make the site servicing drawings is too complicated in levels (its basically for the slab drains and area drains..and its impossible to make ramp for every sloping slab here is a image to show wat i want..

 its a site plan with the proposed site grading...

Well, you can draw a SLAB with two (2) "material" and tickness like: first material with 0.01m tick.. and the second with 0.39m tick but Check ON the "VARIABLE", then when you pick the slab and change the elevation points in the right corner (like in your first image) 0.40m, the slab stay like a RAMP....

Yeah, you also can create-in-place with extrusions or swept blend that element and change the category family to floor/slabs.... there are several ways to do that....
