 A full architectural design support service includes;

 Survey Stage        Preparation of Survey drawings of proposed site, including existing buildings and any relevant site/features.

 Design Stage 1     Preparation of preliminary/Presentation/Schematic drawings as per Architects or building consultant hand drawn sketches.

Design Stage 2     Alteration of drawings as per client requirements and Architects suggestions.

Planning Stage     Preparation of town planning application, including plans, sections, elevations and 3d visualizations as per Architects suggestions.

Detailing Stage     Preparation of construction document set consist of plans,elevations,sections,Door/window/finish schedules and all specific detailing to enable construction.

We are charging only 10 USD per hour. For developing the As built model in ArchiCAD our price starts from 210 USD.For developing the design development set for a 6000 sqft Architectural working drawings we are charging about 2100 USD.

For developing the construction drawing set we charge on a project basis.

We have experience in US residential architecture as majority our clients are from North America.

We can follow the Howard AIA standard layering system for your projects or your own standard templates for developing the drawings. We have experience in preparing the following residential drawing set.
