I have an existing roof (to remain) with existing skylights(to be demolished). Under the portion of roof where the demolished skylights are, I have a new wall. In New Construction, when I attach the new wall to the roof, the wall attaches everywhere except where the demolished skylights were. In this area, the wall continues through the roof even through the skylights have been demolished. When the roof is viewed in New Construction, Revit has automatically filled in the cut-outs from the existing skylights but obviously, the existing skylight information is keeping my wall from attaching to the roof properly. Is there a trick that solves this phasing issue? I really don't want to go in and edit the profile of the new wall to get a clean connection if I don't have to. Is there a way to specify that the old cut-outs for the skylights are now filled in? Any suggestions are really appreciated. Thanks.

Go to plan view, pick the wall to attach, choose attach > top, then use tab to pick the infill. It should attach to this then, as well.
