I can not figure out how to creat a tag- or annotation with both ceiling and room info on it=- What I want is one that has the Room Name, Room Number, Ceiling Leight, ceiling color. ceiling type, and ceiling finish. I can only seem to do either Room info or Ceiling info in one annoation. Am I missing something?
Please Help

I don't think there is any automatic way yet of including ceiling information into a room tag. Revit rooms lack any kind of vertical room awareness. My suggestion would be to modify a room tag to include all of the standard Revit database fields (parameters) of a room and add any missing database fields (parameters) via "shared parameters". You would have to fill-in the added fields such as "room height" manually or you could add a room key schedule to simplify the task.
