Please learn how to search this site.  There are already several plywood hatch patterns in the download area.  Just search with "plywood".

I'm running into a similar issue.  I need a plywood hatch that can rotate to align with roof slope.  I realize I need a model hatch, but the downloadable ones on this site have the same issue as drafting ones.  Changing them to "align to element" doesn't work, the hatch remains oriented to horizontal.

I'll draft the plywood with dumb lines since I need to finish this section today.  But does anyone have a good, rotatable plywood hatch that I can file away for future projects?  Thanks so much!

Hi, you can turn a "Drafting Hatch" into a "Model Hatch", just edit the .PAT you want with notepad and put in the first line ;%TYPE=MODEL save with other name and you have the same hatch one for Drafting, the other for Model

You need to align the hatch - it is not automatic.  Just use the align tool - pick what you want to align to and tap over a line in your hatch to select it.
