I have loaded the callout into project but I cannot drag it into the plan. Is there anything that could be turned off? Or is missing?

Go to the view tab on the left, click callout, and it should be there, then you can select whatever reference you want to make

Alright that is great...but I want to change what it looks like it...right now it is a box with the directional arrow. Do you know to get change what it looks like? Or load it the right way? Thanks in advance!

When you select 'callout', there is the drop down arrow at the top, did you try looking through there to see if the right one is in there?

Yes I have looked there already. And only "Elevation: Building Elevation" and "Elevation: Interior Elevation" exist. And when I go to make a new one it won't let me change to another type of symbol already listed in the project.

Okay so I have this elevation callout for Revit and it will load into projects, but I can't drag 'n' drop it on to the floorplan. It acts like it wants to but it doesn't. Any thoughts?
