having already drawn walls, doors, windows and rooms with room tags, can you change all of that to a different phase?  It seems you can't change the room's properties to a different phase.  That means you would have to delete all the rooms and start over with all labeling, finish selections and other data.  Sad   (revit 2009).

You can cut and paste them into a view with a different phase setting.

If they are in proposed ground floor plan, pick the rooms and cut (or copy) them to the clipboard, then go to the existing ground floor plan and paste them.

You definately need to cut and paste the rooms as they are phase aware. The tags just show the properties of the rooms, so you can copy them as well or retag the rooms if you like,

I suggest you make a quick dummy example and experiment so you get a handle on it before you do a whole project!
