Hello,

I have a family for a material legend that I am bringing into my project.  I have the text formatted as I would like in the family file but when I load it into my project, the "tab" size will not update (it stays really large).  Is there a setting within my project file that I'm not aware of?  Has anyone come across this problem?

Go to the material legend, element properties, edit/new, and change the tab size to whatever you want it to be.

The above suggestion does not work.  I have updated the tab size in my General Notes block to be 1/4".  I have even changed the text type to one that already exists in the project into which I am loading.

When I insert the family into the sheet in the project...the tab spacing reverts to 1/2" no matter what.

Gotta love Revit and the silly system parameters that, no matter by what means, cannot be edited.
