Hello,

I am using Revit Architecture 2008 and we just purchased the one year basic subscription from archvision.com and downloaded some new people. The problem is, when I browse to the .rpc file, it says "unsupported file version" even though it clearly states on the website that the All Access Package is compatable with Revit.  Has anyone else tried archvision?  How did you get it to work if you did.  Thank You

Hi, do you download the RPC to the right folder? in RENDERING>RPCPeople? " it clearly states on the website that the All Access Package is compatable with Revit" - did they tell what version of Revit? Do you try the Support or Archvision?

Thank you for your response.  The .rpc files are in the correct folder, with the other RPC's that come with revit.  It did not specify the version of revit that Archvision is compatible with it just says Revit.  It seems however, that people in threads here I have searched have used it with success.  I tried the archvision support but they are very slow in their responses and we needed the NPC's for day.

I know when i change to 2009 and open a file from 2008 the RPC don't show up, we must change the name to archvision and so one, but you are in 2008 and download RPC from that, and in 2008 you don't need to change the name so, "PUSH" from ARCHVISION....

Alright I just got off the phone with Archvision.  Archvision individual downloads are compatible with 2008 however if you get the package they are only compatable with 2009.
