When I rotate a detail on a sheet I cannot figure out how to make the detail title not rotate with it. Is there a way to have the viewport and title have different rotations, but still be linked to one another?

Thanks. I'm wondering then, is there a way to rotate a view (not on the sheet but in the actual view) while maintaining the crop region and view you have created? I can only seem to rotate the master model that the view is calling out. (I'm thinking that if I was able to rotate the actual view that I have already created than I could avoid needing to on the sheet thus preventing the tags from rotating with it)
