I'm trying to create a post so that when a section is taken throught it, it will display one way(see file "5.5pa" and when it is seen from above it will display as file "5.5pb" i have pretty much got it figured out, except I want to make it, so that it will display shaded like in the DWG's attached. I used solid forms to get the lines I needed, so I was hoping I could just add some sort of cut pattern to the solid form, but no the rest of the post, so that only the solid form within it, is shaded. Or perhaps somebody knows a simpler way to accomplish this? Along with the DWG's I am trying to mimmick, I have attached what I have made so far. Thanks in advance
