I want to have a graphic representation of the doors and windows in my door and window schedule. What is the easiest way to do this. The best way I have found is to make a separate wall off to the side with all the doors and windows I used then hide it in all the other views. Is there an easier way? Thanks, AAron

Hi, I also tried to make a legend to show different window types but i can't change the width en heigth of the windows in the legend. Width and Heigth are instance parameters in the windows we use at our firm and i can't figure out how to edit these in a legend. Is there any way this can be done?

We usually don't elevate every instance of a window type for a schedule. Insteand, we just change the width dimension on the legend to W and let the width be read from the schedule. If you must elevate every widow instance, use a window elevation. It could be a detail callout from an elevation view that is either hid or from an elevation that is not placed. In the elevation, uou can turn off all elements except teh window.
