You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!

I can't find anything that change to two point perspective; the only one is the Perspective button but appears as Parallel Projection view.

All cameras have the ability to have the focal length changed, causing them to appear to be anything from 2 point to 3 point perpectives.  If you have a view that appears to be 1 point perspective, it's because the camera is looking at the object in such a manner to make it appear like a 1 point perspective.

use the camera on the view tab... position it on the plan.. and there you have your two point perspective.

press Shift+click wheel of mouse + rotate the model inside the box. and there you have your three point perspective.

for further instructions.. press f1..

Old thread, but I can help.

In the properties, make sure the 'Eye Elevation' & 'Target elevation' have the same value. The value is subjective depending on how do you want to level it. Its doesnt matter if its too high or low, you can get the right composition after modifying the crop of the view.
