THERE IS A RELUCTANCE BY THE OTHER DISCPLINES TO SEND THE REVIT FILE OF PROJECTS BECAUSE OF 'FAMILIES' THAT THEY HAVE SPENT TIME TO MAKE. IS THERE A WAY TO EXCHANGE REVIT FILES AND LIMIT OR HAVE SOME OPTIONS OF THE SCOPE BEING SENT TO THE OTHER DISPLINE.

You should ask those other discplines if they've ever downloaded the many free families provided by Revitcity or the many other Revit based websites. If they have, I don't consider their reluctance valid.
