I'm trying to render a large brick building but the brick keeps coming out with swirls in it. Is there some way of getting rid of that? It's not a terrible thing if I can't, but my perfectionist eye looks right at them everytime.

You might check the scale of your brick. It looks a little small. The "swirl" usually appears when the rendered pattern is either too small or the render resolution is not high enough. If the brick size is correct, try a higher resolution. Hope this helps.
