Hello, Has this happened to anyone? We created our schedules. When you look at them as Schedule views they read as created. When they are put on the Sheet, the text turns into hyroglyphics. See attached Screen Shots. It does not happen for all schedules AND it does not happen show up on all computers. On one persons local, the sheet looks correct. On two other local copies the schedules are gobbley gook. When the sheets are printed they look like gobble gook from the gooble gook machines, they look CORRECT from the computer where they look correct. Sounds like a problem with our computers but just don't know where to look... Any thoughts? Thanks! Erin

You are not using Mac? Or are you using windows standard fonts, like Arial? Sorry, I can't seem to open the image you sent, so I don't really know what you mean.

I am using a Mac (with VMware for the PC component to work on Revit)... sorry the download did not show up. I did find the solution to the problem though. For some reason the Schedules were set up Font AcadEref, not Arial Narrow. So it was a user problem. My computer didn't have the font...so it turned up like gobblygook on the sheets. In case this happens to anyone else, the fix is to go into your schedule and in the Drawing List Properties under Appearance adjust the Header and Body Text to the font you are using for the model (eg arial, times Roman, etc). See attached. I dont know how to do this globally but if anyone does know how so that you do not have to individually change each schedule font that would be great... Thanks all...
