Hi,

I know this has been discused before but just wanted to bring it up agian. I have a lot of walls that are going to be cast in situ and its a very large project. a lot of the walls will not finish square (see image below). I know a few solutions to this.

1. make a very small lenght of the wall and move it to the wall end and they will join.

2. make an in place wall family

3. use a column.

all of the above give problems. 3 won't schedule as a wall. 2 won't schdule as they same type of wall and won't automaticlly change hight as my levels do. 1 will do everything i want but takes a long time to get the ajustment right so the walls join correctly.

So does anyone have a better solution to this.

Would you like autodesk to make a tool where you can select the wall end and change the angle of it?

any comment on this would be much appriciated.

Hi,

Don't know if this will help, I noticed in another post that it mentioned using a vertical wall sweep. I had a play with this and it changes height with level changes. As for the scheduling I'm not sure.
