Try using a curtain wall as this will deal with your grid. Instead of glass make your panels alucobond In regards to the material, try using a glossy metal. Trial and error

Create a drafting view and draw the desired panel. Export it as an image, and when creating a new material, assign this image as a bump pattern. To get the colour, zoom in really close to the metallic colour and take a snippet of it as an image, and when specifying the colour, use the snippet image. This only works for Revit 2009. What version are you using?

Since it's been 2 1/2 years since this post, I thought I would re-ask the question to see if anyone has developed a wall assembly that includes an Alucobond (ACM) skin w/o using curtain wall? -thanks!

Draw an alpha image of the grid and aissgn it was your bump image so jump into photoshop/GIMP etcand draw your 900x1200 grid and then assign that image as your bumpafter that google aulcobond and find a suitable picture for your material imagethat should do itbut i feel cutrain walling is better suited, and easier
