Using 2008. I have a strange problem going on with a ceiling in one area. I place the ceilng just fine, but every time, it leaves this large rectangle in the middle of it. I have checked everything I can think of, but there is nothing in this area that shows up. Doesn't matter what ceiling I use, it does the same thing. Hopefully, someone can help me out. Thanks

Cut a section through the area. Or use 3d with section box. There has to be something that is making that box. A mechanical unit, the roof or a light fixture. Check your view properties - is everything on?
