g'day, most 24 and 26 monitore do have the same resolution(1920x1200) is there still a gain to be had by using a 26" monitor v a 24"? thanks, robert

If the cost difference is the issue, go for the 24" wide. Are you going for dual screens? If single, 26" is preferable.

G'day, thanks for your promt responce. i got two 21"crt, one is turned off. so at this stage i go for a single. it is not so much the cost factor.the main thing i like to know is that going from 24" to 26" and still have the same resolution effectivly means dropping the the resolution in real terms. would i still benefit from the larger real estate? cheers and thanks
