I couldn't find any posts on this particular subject but it must have come up. I'm trying to create cast-in-place landscape stair. How can I get the topo to fit nicely under the stairs? You can't create a sloped pad as far as I can tell. I tried making a graded region but it regraded half my lot as well. Any ideas?

I haven't had to do this before... But i'd either use a pad underneath then create an in-place family infil for the triangular section. Or just manually edit the topo points... We're not big users of the site tools.

I find manually editing the topo points effects the grade levels beyond the stairs which can lead to undesirable effects. I just split the topo below the stairs and then adjusted the four corners to meet the underside of the monolithic stair. Loos good in section and rendered.
