As an office we have our standars library full of the cabinet types we use etc.  There are hundreds of families, is there a utility or something that I can use to just convert a whole folder of families from revit 2008 to 2009?  Opening them individually and then resaving them just isn't going to do it.  Any sugestions?

so far, I haven't heard of such Family manager. Tell me it you find one. I suggest you just have to update your family as you would need them and you know that once they are upgraded, there's no turning back.save a separate copies for your original 2008 versions.

i think in the past they have provided a batch utility on the cd for converting purposes. i'm not 100% sure though.

From the AUGI site:

There's a Batch file called Upgrade_RFA.bat that's either on your Install disk or in the "Download" folder wherever you did your initial install. I found mine in C:\Program Files\Revit Architecture 2009\Download\Utilities\Common\ContentBatchUtility Don't jsut run that file, though. There's also a .txt file in the same folder that explains how the whole upgrade process.
