Has anyone done a job with slopes that cut through work planes such as a parking garage? It appears to work fine for architectural, but it's been a nightmare for us MEP guys. I'm showing light fixtures on different levels/floors in 3D just to get them to show up correctly in plan view. It's not just fixtures; it's devices as well. In order to show a receptacle at 18", I might have to place it on the level below. In order to show a fire alarm strobe at 80", I might have to place it on the level above. It all depends on where I'm at in the slope of the parking garage and the cut plane. Basically, I've found it to be impossible to show things correctly in both 3D and plan views. Plan view is still what ultimately matters so I ended up having "floating" fixtures and devices. I did what I had to do to make it work for DD, but now we're having to circuit and I'm not sure how this is going to work.

Mechanical and plumbing seem to be having slightly better luck because they don't have as many devices and variables, but they have still had issues. Has anyone dealt with this scenario?
