I am working in RAC 2009, and working on a floor framing plan for a residential project, and would like to be able to re-produce this cut away view sh2owing the different materials in the framing, like in the CAD example below. has anyone done this, or does anyone know if this is possible in Revit. see the PDF example below. Thanks.

Check out your help under "orient". Also check out the forum archives using the same term. That is where I found this thread. http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=374

acutally, i got the answer from the Augi forum. since it is not in 3D, just in plan, I could do a filled region over top of the structural joists and show it that way.
