Hi alls! Here another question. It seems that Revit have limitations. In a callout view (section), sacle 1:5, I try to add a wall tag. Drafting - Tag - By category. I place the tag and I get this error message: None of the created elements are visible in Section: Callout of Section 4 View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings. I check the parameter of the view, annotation, everything is on. How can I display the tag? I think if I can do this, i'll find the answer to one of my previous question. Thanks to all! Math.

Turn on the "reveal hidden elements" and turn off the crop region when you initially place the tag. Once you have it where you want it, reverse the display changes. It sounds as though the tag is placing outside of the crop region of your callout view.

Mr. Spot...........To make the detail look neat, one should apply the keynote out side the callout view...in that case how does one apply the keynote witjhout getting the error message.
If one makes a drafting view and reconstructs the detail from scratch, one can keynote without any problme, BUT to fully leverage REVIT's ability to make good details it is a hybrid between the callout and inserting various detail components onto the callout view

Revit already has built in tools for this. You have a model crop boundry and an annotation crop boundry. Both can be adjusted and turned on/off.
