I am trying to create Standard files for Architectural Notes that can be loaded into projects from here on out. This is all good but I would like to be able to edit this text within the project file after it has been loaded. I know that I can use a label however it does not make sense to type in so much information into the "sample text". I hope this makes sense. Is there a different type of text or a setting for regular text that will allow me to edit parts of the "standard" text

You can link your "text file.rvt" to another file. But once you try to edit the link, it will be unloaded and you have to close the text file and reload it back. You can have you text file on the sheet view, but just the same you have to unload/reload if its a link. You can also use the Note block under View, New, Note block.

I assume you are referring to keynotes as this would be the most appropriate method to do this? Please confirm.
