I have a section with revision 2 clouded on it. The section is labeled 1 on SP4.1. I want to issue this one section on an 11X17 sheet of pape, not with the original sheet of all the sections. How do I get the section to an 11X17 border with out losing the correct revision number or sheet and section numbers?

You can resize the view window that the Sheet is in, and then print with the 'Visible portion of current window' option. You will find this setting in the bottom left corner of the pint dialog box. This option works if your detail is close enough to the titleblock that you can crop both of them into the window small enough to fit on 11x17. Remember to go to setup and choose an 11x17 paper size, and Zoom 100%. You could Duplicate the View w/ Detail, and create a new sheet to put it on. Select an 11x17 sheet, and give it the same sheet number with a space or period added to make it different than the original sheet. This sheet can have the same name. Then drag the new view onto it and zoom to the oppropriate scale. I hope one of these ideas helps. Please let us know.

I have tried to copy w/Detail. The problem is when I have a revision 2 or greater it wants to revert back to revisio 1 when I drag the copied section onto my empty 11X17 border because there is no previous revision on the 11X17 sheet. I want to keep the section, section mark and revision numbers the identical to the original sheet.

What about making a new Rivision 1 on the new 11x17 sheet, and referance the original Revision 1. Then, Hide in View the new Revision 1. Now, start the next revision as Revision 2.
