evenin' all

I do not know if this is possible, I have spent hours going thru the forums and help filess but to no avail. What I would like to achieve is to customise my colour fill/room fill legend. I am struggling with setting a shared parameter to do this and do not even know if I can do it.

Rather than the limitations of the revit system family which only allows the colour fill legend parameters to appear as say 'name' or 'area' or 'occupant' is there a way I can set up the fill legend to show the colour, the name, the area, the number and perhaps the depatment all at the same time and not have to rely on room tags to follow up with the additional required info. in other words I would like to add more than just one description parameter to the colour fill legend......what gives? any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

We seem to be having distribution hassles as far as revit 2009 goes and we are currently using 9.1.

Click on Room and Area arrow down, it will give two options, one of them colour schemes. There you can change your colours as you wish. I only just found out. Smile
