In a webinar, I vaguely recall that this may be possible, but more detailed instructions from RevitCity is mucho appreciated:

In my room schedule, I have fields for "Use" and "Occupant Load Factor."  Is there a way to program the schedule (with keynotes or otherwise) such that it identifies each Use with a particular Occupant Load Factor? For example, every time I type in "A-3" in the Use, "15" comes up in the Occupant Load Factor column.

Thanks a bunch!

- eye
