I'm wanting to change the Framing Elevation call outs to something more in keeping with what we would normally use.Unfortunately I can't find the relevant families to editing. Simply duplicating the call out head family does not seem to work.Attached is a screen shot of the families and parameters that I am apparently working with. Could you please give me some instructions in how to adapt these?Thank you for any help.

Sorry but this is a system level family and I don't believe you can modify it.

Really? Thats rubbish.

Can we at least change the tag to the correct font and so on?

Thank you for taking the time to help.

You could try using a section marker & reduce the cut line. Section markers are changable.

Best of Luck John A

Use project browser to get to families / Annotation symbols / M_Callout head.then right click and select edit and this should open the tag to allow it to be modified to suit your requirements.Be sure that your right click the main family and not the expanded options.Hope this works for you, if you have problems then let us know....Phill

PHampshire,

The question was not about callout heads but interior elevation symbols.  Callout heads can be changed but interior and exterior elevation markers can not be modified at this time.
