Draw the wall. Select the wall, then click on edit profile on the options bar (just above the drawing screen). This will prompt you to open a side view/3d view of the wall, then you are in a sketch mode and can draw how you want the wall to be shaped (all curvy and crazy, or just a simple angled line).

Create Mass to model your wall then use "Wall by Face".

Can you upload the .rfa? Nice! Here's a simple shot of a sloped wall. Use Massing and Wall by face.
