hi all, i created a window-schedule legend,

but how to tag these items in this way that it automatically counts the amount of the windows, the surface in m2, the name of the window, type of glas, etc, etc.??

Did you create a window legend or a window schedule?  Unless there is something different about this feature in revit 2009, they are seperate entities.

If you have a schedule, you can just select to add those parameters to the schedule and it will automoatically (with some tweaking) keep track of those things for you.  If you have a legend, create a schedule and do the above.
