Hello everyone is new forum and a novice in the field of revit. I wanted to ask advice on how to implement a trapezoid-shaped window. The fact is that a model I have found, but the probblema is that even setting the materials I want when not render them keeps me but I leave a window frame with white when I had set as wood and glass while gray should be transparent. Rigrazio already and I hope all of riuscie to resolve this probblema

Are any of your other materials in the model rendering correctly?  The symptoms you describe occurs most commonly when a material is missing from the accurender/mental ray library.

If this is not the cause, you need to look into the Settings>Object Styles dialogue.  This window will allow you to set different model categories up with different materials.  Specifically, you should look at Windows>Frame/Mullion.  Be sure you have the correct material setup in this dialogue.

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!
