If anybody can help with this problem I would really appreciate it.

I need to import a drawing as an underlay.  However when ever I try and do it, I get the following error message "None of the created elements are visible in Structural Plan: 1st TOS 3870 View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings."
I have tried the following
- Opening it up in AutoCAD and purging and auditing it
- Moving it to origin 0,0
- Copy and pasting it into a blank dwg file
- Tried the various options in linking, like manual placement, automatic placement, turning link on and off
- I have made sure that it should be viewable in all views as well as trying to restrict it to just my view
- Changing the import unit settings
- I have checked the "vv" settings and everything under "imported categories" seems to be ticked and I can't see anything in the other categories
Any advice?
I have this problem a lot with a variety of drawings with this project (a large school). It does seem to work if I create a new project and link it in to there, however that's obviously no good to me.
Thank you for your help

Hi, the "error" occurs in that PLAN VIEW but if you change to 3dView or another ref level you can't see the DWG? try to put in SITE LEVEL and then import again the file...

I figured it out cheers.

Been a 2D plan view, I need to tick "current view only" - it worked then.
