Can you interconnect identical or mirror image plan modules so that if a change is made in one mocule, it changes all the identical modules? Example - I am working on a condominium project with two distinct condominium units. One unit will have 4 units per floor, and the other type will have eight units per floor. If I shift a wall or make some other type of change, can that change be made in one of the condo units, and the change will automatically be made in the other units?

This is the perfect opportunity to use groups.
Read up on the revit documentation before delving into it to far though to avoid any possible problems.
If you have any specific questions regarding groups post them.
